Do i need to change any settings?

I had two subwoofers and an amp hooked up to my factory radio for a few month but i just got an after market radio. Are there anythings i need to change (i.e. settings/wiring) ?
i forgot to mention that sometimes, without me knowing i get an extreme about of bass coming from my subwoofers and it doesnt stop. i have to turn my car off then back on to stop it
 
most likey the way its hookup wiring sometimes not the same but dont se any problem migfht have to reset or adjust speakers again but really most of your wiring wil not change just where your hooking it up at the rest you shouldnt have to do anything to pull old one out and rewire new one back in place
