...our child overnight? I have always allowed my ex husband regular overnight access to our child, he has recently started a new relationship and my child has advised me that they will soon start staying at his new partners house. I have asked him if he can give me the address in case of emergencies and he has refused saying it's none of my business. Is this right? Or can I insist that he provides this information if overnight access is to continue?
