Hi Folks,
I have had minor lower back problems on an off for a few years. Recently It has become painful to change from a sitting position to a standing position in the area of my left hip. While is does not hurt to sit it does hurt after I get up. After limping around for a few minutes the discomfort mostly goes away. In addition I have notices pain at night while lying on my side which is always in the area of my left hip. The pain that I experience after standing is centralized in my back on the left side about 2 inches left of my backing bone and a little lower than my navel. Your ideas would be appreciated. My doctor has given my a script for PT but how do I chose on of those.
