Here's my diet:
I don't drink.
I don't smoke.
No drugs.
Don't like coffee or caffeine.
Junk food once in one or two months.
Red meat 4 to 5 times per week.
I eat fruits 1 to 3 servings per day.
I eat a lot of vegetables everyday.
I drink a lot of water.
But I do like broccoli and onion, I eat broccoli like once per week onions like 3 to 4 times per week.
