...american/canadian culture? How does this affinity manifest? Do canadian french follow french cultural delights more than american ones? Do they watch french tv in canada, do they follow french news? I can't picture what french canadians are culturally? Do they feel affectionate to france.
 
I believe their affinity is for French culture, or there would not be such a long-standing secessionist movement there.
