...discriminate? It seems to me that the whole "social intelligence" movement is a big excuse to prevent talented poor people from reaching their fullest potential. In 18th century England, not knowing how to be mannerful at a social dance or an invitational ball did not mean that someone was socially disabled. It meant that person was not rich. Not much has changed.
