do all in dash dvd players fit every car?

I have a 2006 Kia Sedona and was wanting to add an in-dash dvd player with a monitor in the back. I was looking for some on ebay and was wondering if it mattered which one? Do I have to know what will fit my van or what?
 
Radios are measured in DIN size

#1 you need to know the DIN size. Most on the market are 1-DIN
#2 if your indash has a fold out TV just make sure there is an unobstructed area around 6" above it

available from your installer or online: Adapters are available for fitting a 1-DIN into a larger opening as well as wiring adapters so that you don't need to cut your Kia's plug
