Disappointed Shippers #22: When you're dreaming with a broken heart the giving up is the hardest part.

Lucky and Elizabeth It has been one thing after another for this couple. Shoot right aftetr they got mariied, on ther ehoneymoon the darn train crashed, almost killing Lucky. And the storyline of Elizabeth sleeping with Nikolas was just horrible.

I'm a casual view of Gossip Girl. I got into it late and the only season I've seen all the episodes of is the first. I loved Chair in that season, but I also saw the episode where he attempted to sell her out. And just  .

And on Glee last season we had no Quick and barely any Wemma. :pout: We got tons of FR though. I really don't care about them that much though.

Nathan/Haley: I love Nathan to much and I hate the way the writers have this relationship so unbalanced.. it's always Nathan screwing up and Haley being this perfect miss Mary Sue :puke: Thanks but no thanks!! Nathan deserves better.

I can barely even watch their good scenes knowing what the writers do to them :pout:

I think because the quality of OTH in general went downhill it was bound to affect LP. Overall I'm happy with their journey and their ending but there were definitely moments I would have changed/done differently. They weren't handled as well as they could have been and I blame a lot of it on the show's obsession with love triangles.

Oz and Willow- breaks my heart

I agree. I actually liked April, as much as bringing her over was a soap-operish moment, but I can't believe the way the writers destroyed LL over it. Luke having a daughter should have brought them closer together, not pushed them apart :pout:

ICA. I'm such a RL fan and the proposal was against everything I came to know and love about them. Logan wouldn't do that. He wouldn't walk away because she needed time either. It was just one big mess.

The thing is, they weren't sure if it was the series finale or the season finale. Matt Czuchry was already confirmed to be a regular if there was an 8th season, so I assume they would have brought them back together, and they would have worked on LL. But the fans deserved more than this maybe ending after 7 years of following the show :heaRABlap:

Oh, my God, that's awful :( I really loved Booth and Brennan and I wasn't even a regular viewer of the show anymore. I'm so sorry for those of you who had to watch your ship go through that

Ryan/Marissa - Ryan/Taylor were pretty much a worthy substitute, but still I would've preferred RM to get endgame. Marissa's death really sucked. I'm glad these two ended on a good note though. You could see how strong their connection still was in that final scene. I have no doubt that if she hadn't died these two would have gotten back together at some point. Their last scene sort of screamed that to me.

Spike/Buffy

I choose to believe Spike is alive now and that they found each other eventually because he got resurrected on Angel, but still, the finale was disappointing. After spending four seasons building up Spuffy, they suddenly decide Angel should make an appearance in the very last ep and Buffy should instantly fall for him again, when he's been absent from her life for years. It was a real headf*** for Spuffy fans.

Freddie/Effy

They had an amazing build up, but one writers decision to have him killed off in the penultimate ep in the most ridiculous and farfetched way, and introducing a brainwashing storyline for her screwed that up. :sigh: Even the other writers disagreed with the decision. They shouldn't have let that go ahead imo. It sucked.

Liam/Naomi
They had the most believeable connection on 90210 imo. He opened up to Naomi which he didn't with anyone else. But for some reason the writers decided he and Annie would suddenly have true wuv, even though they've shown to have no kind of connection whatsoever. Their get together was so random and OOC imo. Annie's character has always been bad but this pairing ruined Liam aswell who was once an awesome character. With Naomi he was the brooding bad boy who kept his heart guarded but when Liam/Annie got going he suddenly turned into some boring dope with no personality.

It provoces fans right into hating the show and thinking it's stupid :sigh:. Amazing achievement of brilliant writing.

This exactly. I enjoyed them throughout all the seasons, but as the show went along, they were less and less the individuals and couple I fell for and more average OTH residents with same lives and dreams as pretty much all the other characters and couples on the show.

this. their original essence and the things that made the couple special faded out towarRAB the later seasons, until they became just sort of an empty shell of what they used to be. it was a shame to see them go in such a contrived, cheesy and unoriginal direction imo. they lost their individuality as a couple i guess.

That's my biggest fear as well. CaS will always be my Serena OTP no matter what :bawl: and it really sucks that TPTB will probably never bring him back onto the show again.

DB are equals in every sense of the word and everything that every other GG pairing should aspire to be so it's so frustrating to see them thrown under the bus for a despicable alternative that shall not be mentioned. :(

ITA, agree about LV and don't even get me started on how much I dislike Danny getting back together with Delinda, who I have a lot of choice worRAB about.

Word. I'm a Betty multishipper all the way (except for Henry  ) but my OTP is Daniel/Betty, followed closely by Betty/Gio but I found her sweet with Matt too. I was majorly disappointed about the lack of follow up when it came to Betty/Gio and how badly things ended between Betty/Matt ... even if they did reconcile in the end.
