Did I pay too much for a kawasaki ninja 750?

I got a kawasaki 750R for $2300 it is a nice looking bike and very few knicks never been wrecked or layed down it is a 1990 with 18 thousand miles.Good tires like new
It does have after market exhaust one of those yoshi's (don't know how to spell it) and what does the R stand for.in 750R

That's a bit much for that bike. However maybe the bike is in exceptional shape and has upgrades. It's hard to say for sure. In the future do your homework before making a major purchase so you know what you are willing to pay.
 
To be honest you could ahave gotten a newer bike for that price, like maybee a 2000 model. I think that's a little on the steep end. If it has any aftermarket modifications on it for performance then maybee!
 
yeah you paid way too much. You could have gotten a 99 or 2000 in great shape for that much. Not to mention those GPX bikes are butt ugly! Same fairings as the older 250 and 500 bikes. you could have done a lot better for $2300.

Should have asked before you bought.
