Did I eat healthfully today?

Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 piece of whole wheat toast. 1 glass OJ.

- 1 and 1/2 hour bike ride

Lunch: 1/2 sandwich on a roll of lettuce, tomato, cheese

- 1 banana, 1 peach, 1 plum, 1 handful blueberries, approx. 10 baby carrots

- 1 hour brisk walk

Dinner: Spanikopita (spinach pie) 1 slice. (Made without butter)


I only drink water.

How did I do for today? Did I eat enough/too little? Am I missing something?
I also had 1 tbsp. of PB.
My protein was the tablespoon of peanut butter. I need more, I think. I also had a small smoothie with protein powder in it.

I'm a vegetarian, so it gets difficult.
I also had a yogurt.

* I'm trying to lose weight.
