Developing Knowledge about various cultures?

I was just wondering if anyone knew of different cultures that would be interesting to study further? Some cultures different from my own I have thought about are the Amish, polygamists, or even Israeli culture. Just wondering if anyone else had ideas of different cultures.
 
West Coast Culture, Mayan Culture, Dinosaur Predatory Culture, and Hunter Gatherer Culture on 7 Continents .
 
I find the Ethiopian culture to be very interesting. My girlfriend is Ethiopian and I love the food, the clothing and the culture overall. They're also very beautiful people contrary to popular belief...
