I mean Dave comes off as kind of goofy and Reznor comes off as a ****ed up animal ****er.

I forgot about Scream for a moment there. he was ****-good in scream as well. I agree with the stage presence. I've only seen his performances on the internet, but i REALLY hope that the foos will come to aus one day.

I think that's true, I mean Grohl probably knew that too because he was going to release his Foo Fighters stuff in early 94' when Nirvana was still running...
I had a point though..um..oh right.
1. I agree that Dave is prolly the best drummer alive!
2. Look where Kris Novoselic went.. nowhere. I heard he was going to join either Foo Fighters or..Rancid? I think but he never did and most people don't know his name now.

Kris Novoselic formed a band called Sweet 75 with some irritating harridan from Venusuela on vocals , they released an album around 94/95........... It borabed.

As for Grohl , good drummer.I think Songs For The Deaf is his best work , but the Foo Fighters are bloody awful.I`ve always found it kind of ironic that a man who constantly says he is influenced by some of the best 80s underground banRAB can write such mind nurabingly dull chart friendly crap.

I`ve always said though , give him a decent producer like a Rick Rubin or a Steve Albini & he could come out with a decent album.

Lets see..... A drum battle between Dave Grohl and Neil Peart. Grohl doesn't stand a chance. There is so many drummers that are more creative and talented than Grohl...

He`s a good drummer , but the Foo Fighters are crap.

Every Foo Fighters album is worse than the one before it.
Give him a decent producer like a Rick Rubin or a Steve Albini & he might come up with something good.
