Cultures use and value time differently....?

Cultures use and value time differently. What kinds of judgments might be made of those who use time differently from the ways that your culture does?
 
Good question. I know Americans work more hours than any other country - sadly, we value objects and getting ahead. Capitalism.

Other countries take siestas in the afternoon, work closes for a few hours so people can eat and nap. They value quality of life.?
