Cultures & Groups: How do you deal with people on the job that you don't like or care...

...for? Like a manager, co-worker, ect.?

ALSO, Do you think you should have to speak to all of your co-workers and managers when you first start your shift that day, even if you don't like them??
Fly girl- Thats how I am, I don't speak to everyone, because some people won't even speak back, I think it's so rude when people don't speak back

I would just deal with them and when the economy gets better then I would look for a new job.

If you work for a larger company then you can ask to transfer to a different department.

Well many people obviously fake their people skills when interviewed for a job. lol especially if they end up having bad blood with more than one co worker. What I do is picture a clown just punched them, for some reason it makes my day lol. But I don't have problems with co workers. They can be nosey but they aren't immature and over stepping boundaries. If so, my boss would handle it.

Well I didn't deal with the idiots very well. There's a worker at my ex-job who is now the assistant manager and he is incredibly lazy beyond belief. He got to where he was by kissing the bosses ***. One day I told my boss I was gonna take my break and the ****head got all upset when he found out I left the store (like hello dumb****, if I say I'm gonna take my break, it should be like I don't exist for a few minutes).

So he tried to get me to sign some warning and I blew up in his face and I quit. As for the lazy ****, I didn't like that fool either. Hell I blew up in his face a couple of times before because the dip**** didn't do anything. And no I don't think you should be forced to talk to all your workers and such. As long as you don't have to talk and both are holding up their end of the bargain then you don't have to talk to them.

Take my advice and just tolerate the bull**** until the economy gets better. Trust me it's not worth quitting.
