Culturally speaking: What country has the most interesting culture?

Of course, the United States has the most interesting culture on the planet. All others are pale shadows of its vibrance.

My father is French/German and my mother is German/Slovak Russian (eastern European) and possibly French.

I need to write a paper about my heritage, I want to keep it French and German because I think these are the more interesting of the 3 choices.
