Creepiest scene from a movie

I was thinking, a few weeks ago there was a film on called 'Dark Water', and there was once scene that sent shivers right down my spine. It seriously scared the crap out of me. Long story short, there's a ghost of a dead girl living in the apartment and when a mother and a daughter thought it was all sorted, i think the girl is about 5 or 6 maybe 7 or 8, i'm not good at guessing ages. Anyway. that's not the point. So the womans daughter is in the bath and the mum is on the phone i think, and then she says oh i need to go and get my daughter out the bath and she turns around a little girl wearing a dressing gown with the hood up walks through the room then sits down on the sofa. The mum talks to her and thinks everything is fine, then the camera goes back to the bathroom and her daughter is still in the bath. The mum then hears the girl in the bathroom and then realises and then looks at the girl in the dressing gown and she looks up and it's the ghost girl.

found a video go to about 4.10 if you want to see what i mean.

so anyway, whats the creepiest scene from a film you've seen. not shocking scary, just one that gives you chills!!

 Dark Water is one of my fav films.I've only ever seen the original Japanese version. It chilled me to the bone.Very atmospheric.
Donnie Darko is on shortly. The scene in the cinema with the rabbit head guy is seriously creepy.

Didnt think it was a very good film, but there was one scene in The Exorcism Of Emily Rose when her boyfriend wakes up in the middle of the night, and not sure where she is, but then sees her. That was creepy

couldnt see it on youtube

They are seriously creepy. That episode was so atmospheric.

The scene from Signs where the alien is at the kiRAB party and walks past the window gave me chills.

I don't find horror movies scary though. I wish I did but am always disappointed.

'The Haunting'
The 1963 original, not the crappy remake with that Zeta-Jones bint in it.

Ultra-atmospheric spooky, with umpteen very creepy moments...
Booming noises in the night - bulging doors - shadowy movements - Eleanor's dying mother - the hand-holding ghost - etc....

If you've never seen it - do so - you won't regret it.

There are a few scenes in Alien where the tension builRAB for ages and it's fantastically creepy. Like when Dallas in in the vents looking for it. I remember the first time I saw that I nearly pooed myself! Though looking at it now it's pretty tame. I wish I could go back and watch a lot of movies for the first time where you don't know what's gonna happen. Jaws would be one.

Certain parts of The Wicker Man are unsettling. The atmosphere in the whole film is creepy and then the end is done so well you're watching in pure horror!

The Singing Ringing Tree, and that horrible dwarf.

Scout walking through the wooRAB with the ham costume on, in To Kill a Mocking Bird.

Robert Mitcham, in The Night of the Hunter.
