Corporate: Training your Boss?

I work for a (now) corporate restaurant chain thats growing very very fast. In the past 5+ years of work I have worked up to an AGM title, and have set records for all sorts of goals. The problem is they keep bringing in these out of market GM's from everywhere and they are so horrible in our atmosphere its not even funny. They fail...horribly. I was transfered to one of the newest locations under a new GM that didn't even finish his (MIT) training/ is not the brightest crayon in the first place. I'm now referred to as an "oldschooler" by all my corporate bosses? I can't tell if its a compliment or an insult..? I know what im doing, and have been doing it all for awhile. There is only a few of us left from the original company (mostly all fired) all managers of some sort now. To get to the point, should i stick out training the most idiotic people and work under them or start looking for something else with a really accomplished resume of experience?
