I have a whole mess of speakers from my old car. Now I have bose so there is no use for them in my car. ive got tweeters, midrange, subs, amps and a head unit... how would i go about converting in into something i could use in my house. I love the car look, so I dont want to sell them if i can figure this out.

** and could anyone provide a link for the proper converter?? all im finding are those stupid cig lighter adapters to plug in a laptop

You will need a bench-top power supply found at RadioShack.

A 13.8 volt DC 25 ampere supply will run a 240 watt RMS total system. The supply will run about $100.
