I've been fighting a mystery illness for over a year now. I've been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, mitral valve prolapse, Polycystic ovaries, migraines, kidney stones, eczema, and allergies to name a few, but nothing can explain my recurring collapses, syncopes, and other concerning issues. I've seen Rheumatologists, Internal Medicine specialists, Neurologists, Urologists, Cardiologists, Sleep specialists, and pain management doctors and no one can seem to put my abnormal test findings together with my symptoms to figure it out.
Anyway, I'm considering going to Mayoclinic to see if maybe we can finally get this figured out. It is going to be a very long drive for me as well as expensive I'm sure. I was curious if anyone has had experience with going to the one in Minnesota and how the process works? I hate going into something without knowing what to expect.
Thanks!
Liz
