Connecting a car amplifer in my house to my PC?

Is this possible? I have a infinity 300WRMS (150wrms at 4ohms) Car Subwoofer amplifier, I got RCA to Phono leads so I could hook it up to a Headphone splitter and connect to my pc (Other port of Splitter for Mid range). Everything looks right but powering the Actual Amp could be a problem, I heard if I get a Powersupply that does 33A on a 12V Rail I should be able to max out my Amp in my house.. But im not sure how I would actually do it, any ideas?
