Confused about subwoofer with built in amp?

I have a bazooka tube, and the specs say it had a 150 Watt Amp built in with it. Does this mean i don't need a external amp to power it? I already bought a 200 Watt 2 channel amp that plays 50 X 2 at 4OHMS. Does this mean i will have extra power to use for my speakers?
 
basically, yes, you do not need to put your 200 watt amp to this sub as it has already got it, just plug in your pre outs and remote cable and also your power into the bazooka tube and its already set up for you....
