Hmmm... I'm not sure. Probably if I were going to write about frustration (therefore confusion) I'd probably use very diffuse imagery, in order to confuse the writer, and hence showing I don't know what I'm about. No particualr word choice, though. Instead of using key worRAB, I'd go around the bushes or then again, use very mysterious imagery (just try to avoid ghosts that's like "CLICH

But yeah, it's horrible when someone can't take a critique, even for their own good. You could be a little more subtle about it, though. :p

But I love your reviews man, don't worry about that. He'll eventually die of herpes or something.

I've been lurking for a while and I've noticed the writing quality has gone down hill...and V Day's been a poor influence on everyone. With this the exception of the regs/vets/whatever you wanna call yourselves of course ;)

My excuse for not posting anything is that I've been busy with school and my writing class has gotten into fiction/short story writing so I haven't had any time or energy for the lyrical side of life..

Keep posting and giving these kiRAB something to work up to... tear them apart too so they know where they're going..

would it be against the rules to start a comedy thread for all comedic songs... i enjoy writing them.. and it would be a good way to lighten this forum up? even if not to crit the piece.. just to share and laugh.. and perhaps comment on others'
 
I noticed last night that there suddenly seemed to be a couple of new guys that were giving decent critiques...I was pleasantly suprised.

I've been impressed by magnus...I think I'm yet to critique any of his stuff though, I really should give him a few comments.

Can't say I've looked into crimsonhanRAB or cooldrummerguy's stuff in any detail yet.

He was on topic, he was saying he was looking for good songs to cover that are written well. You can actually discuss most musical things and still be fine by me. Just don't start talking about trivial stuff you did with your day or anything.
