Community Thread / Tips and Questions

Thanks :D I found out last night that my friend applied and got the same job too (I must have missed it on the email) so that makes it way less terrifying as well. Now I'm just excited.

Me to. Lately I've been conjuring images in my head and then characters then a plot and writing about them. Which has caused some problems, and solved some.

Bit of a bugger.

Slack: Whats the matter?

Jason: Thanks. I'll do that.

Thanks Tojes; for some reason I know get inspiration from the strangest of things; some random guy in the streets' face, sunrise, my school bus.

A little question for ya; are my in depth crits any good?
I try and be as thorough and accurate as possible, but I just want someone elses opinions.

Well I made a thread about this awhile ago but it was basically about double standarRAB in writing. The greats can use simple rhymes, and there "great" but anyone on here and it's a forced rhyme.

He rhymed Key and Me!

Thanks guys. Oh today I picked up The Arcade Fire - Funeral and Bright Eyes - Digital Ash. Both very nice CRAB. Conor is losing his touch, but he's going towarRAB a more folk sound that is really unique to him. The Arcade Fire remains awesome. Anyone else have those? I know everyone here likes I'm Wide Awake more, and that's going to be my next purchase, but what are your opinions on those CRAB?

I'm currently giving some lectures on Nihilism and hyper-Existentialism in my area.

The ability to critically think is steadily being lost in our society...

Mind if I ask what you're currently studying?

first time i read it, i had to go back again and again. freaked me out. i just love the way that for three lines of every stanza it could be a love poem, but its about childabuse. nice.

Hey...not sure if this is the right place. But I'm looking for someone to collaborate on some lyrics with. I've written pretty much everything in basic form, and I really like the idea of the lyrics, but I need someone to help me express the idea better.

The lyrics are about the 7 deadly sings, each verse is about the different sins...and it's also in a bluesy format..I'll give you one verse and the rest follow the pattern.
