Yeah, I tried Oink, didnt like it so I found that. If your looking for games, use torrent box, and as far as music goes I either use torrent box(it has the occasional gem) or google it. I dont get movies though.

We've finished Voltaire's Candide and now we're doing annotated bibliographies and i'm having the hardest time finding out information on the idea i'm doing. Explain if Candide is simply violent text, or text satirizing violence. Now clearly it is text satritizing violence but finding sources for works cited is near impossible. I'm basically finding the most general books and journals I can and then bullshitting my way through it. Yep...had to get that out for some reason.

I wrote a pertty decentbad satirical essay. Ill post it here. It is Copyright by me, so dont commit plagurism. My name be Tyler T. That shoudl suffice enough. Paragraphs couldnt be tabbed in so I just hit enter twice... it's short and mediocre. Haha.

One Subtle Opportunity

Some statistic provides that a percentage of limbs are improperly disinfected pre and post severing in third world countries. This issue lays host to an array of problems, including death. As death tolls rise, leaders of these countries continue to expound upon what can only be described as a Sisyphean task. The only solution to this epidemic is, as it seems, to construct robots via alchemy that remove organic limbs and promptly install newly issued automail, which, in effect, increase productivity and reduce fatalities.

Although alchemy is seemingly arcane in third world countries, a simple proposal will provide enough evidence to support the adaptation of such a renounced science if only we simply claim that it was our own path to success. If a worker unpretentiously loses a single limb, a minimum of 25% of that worker’s efficiency will be lost due to the missing appendage, but if that limb was replaced with a mechanical arm or leg, also known as automail, their total output could possibly rise. With robots transmuted from common sand and iron that autonomously mend, the fatality rate will drop as well for it is common knowledge that robotic precision is much more renowned than a common peasant’s handiwork.

A simple observation will convince anyone that robots are the magic bullet to help poverty stricken countries increase productivity and reduce the death rate among those with lost limbs. Now, if only we could optimize the restrictions on procreation, the real problem would start to see a resolution.

Good idea moving the LC challenge to the main page. :thumb:

My computer died; that's why I haven't around much lately. I started taking classes again, though, and for English Comp. we have to keep a journal and share it in groups, which blows. The teacher says to forget about writing for an audience--to just get it out on paper--but that's pretty fricken' hard in practice.

Zep, will you be my friend? If so, contact me first. Under the bridge. I will be wearing a long jacket and no pants. The socks will be black.

I will be waiting.

hehe, I'm really in the flow today, 2 major crits so far. and another in the pipelines :)

I think I remember you as Sk8r Crus8r. I certainly remember that Avatar, now you mention it. Can't really remember much about you though, I didn't really crit back then. I find I learn a lot from crit'ing other people's work, and I enjoy doing it.

Daddy please hear this song that I sing
In your heart there's a spark that just screams
For a lover to bring a child to your chest that could lay as you sleep
And love all you have left like your boy used to be
Long ago wrapped in sheets warm and wet

Blister please with those wings in your spine
Love to be with a brother of mine
How he'd love to find your tongue in his teeth
In a struggle to find secret songs that you keep wrapped in boxes so tight
Sounding only at night as you sleep

Brother see we are one in the same
And you left with your head filled with flames
And you watched as your brains fell out through your teeth
Push the pieces in place
Make your smile sweet to see
Don't you take this away
I'm still wanting my face on your cheek

And when we break we'll wait for our miracle
God is a place where some holy spectacle lies
And when we break we'll wait for our miracle
God is a place you will wait for the rest of your life

Two headed boy she is all you could need
She will feed you tomatoes and radio wires
And retire to sheets safe and clean
But don't hate her when she gets up to leave
