Community Thread / Tips and Questions

I just told you, that there's a thread concerning a new mod that Burt and Nick both agree on.

It's just the acutal staff of MX that has to get around to doing it.

Hey,

Any chance of a Mod clearing up my thread? Some new guy's hijacked it big-time.
Cheers :thumb:

Hope everyone's OK, still the infestation of noobism is dragging me down, causing me not to crit as much as I would've liked. if only they'd listen.

I'm doing nothing creative. Go me. I quit my job and i'm having a holiday for a bit. I am currently looking for some awesome banRAB though. Currently spinning God Is An Astronaut. The viRAB people have made for GIAA songs on youtube are quite awesome.

Man, I wish I produced enough material to have a hill to GO down! At the moment, I think I'm still trying to work out what level I'm at in the first place. Been writing, on and off, for over 2 years, and could probably only find about 6 finished songs I've produced, maybe 2 of which I actually like. Ish. Meh, onwarRAB.....

Considering that maybe I'm one of the few "new regulars" on S&L, would it be too bad of an idea to bring the wall back for some time? I see a lot of people here that just come and give nothing back, or crit rather poorly.

On another note, why am I trying to break the conventionalism here on S&L? I get good crits, I give a lot of crits, but for some reason, I'm never happy. I always wnat this community to develop something in some form. Maybe I should just quit this ordeal and well... just be a silent writer/critic just following the default rules. I'm going to philosophical here.

That was a suggestion about the wall, ok. I'm off to critique some...

I'll confuse APS by replying in a different thread to the one he posted the question in! :p

I say drink, THEN do the essay... Or ask Becki nicely to do it for you... :D
