Cigarette Lighter Doesn't WORK!!?

The front cigarette lighter doesn't work in my 98 4Runner and I checked all the fuses. I want to power my radar but if I can't fix it it will be a waste of 80 bucks. Can I just replace it with the one in the rear that works fine?
 
you could give it a go. fuses can sometimes be deceptive. change the fuse first. then check wires behind ciggy lighter. if that fails then switch the two over
