Choosing the right fashion school for me....?

Hi my name is Kevin and i am from Malta. I want to study fashion design because it is the most thing i love doing but in Malta fashion does not exist. I want to go study somewhere in Europe preferably London. Can you please recommend me the best schools that can be found in Europe and talk in English. Also can you advise me what to do about the money? I come from a normal family and all these schools fees are like 3,000+ per year. P.S. - i am taking a year off and work so i can save money and in the mean time apply to a collage.
