Yes I do! Lack of education perpetuates poverty. Everyone is entitled to a good education but the reality is if you don't have the money to send your kids to private school your future and the future of your community can be seriously impacted by your public school. Also the social problems that are associated with poor neighborhoods like gangs and drugs really need to be addressed and if schools have the money they can provide things like decent after school activities, good social workers, and in general better opportunities. Better teachers, supplies, good ESL programs, security, all these things take money and all students are entitled to them!
