Car systems question about Kicker brand?

Is a 2 Kicker 10 inch 800 watts subwoofers good? If yes is a 550 watt RMS 2 channel 2x series amp go good with it? I just want something with a good bump.
 
Kicker is CEA compliant which means any of there amplifiers meet or exceed the requirements. What that means is if you buy a kicker amp rated at 550 watts rms you will get 550 watts rms at 14.4 or better. When looking for an amp make sure they are CEA complaint or do extensive research to make sure they do.
 
Kicker is a good brand. They have been since they opened shop a LONG time ago.

What model subs are they, CVR? Is the amp a zx550.2??

As long as the impedance matches, it should be a good setup, but we need a tad more information to be sure.
