Okay, today I bought a Dual Radio for 50$ at walmart and mine sucks so I figured what the heck. The one i had in there originally worked just fine power wise but it did not play CDs so thats why I got a new one. I start hooking the new one up, I cut the wires coming from the old harness and spliced them and connected them to the new harness. I had everything wired correctly, but for some reason the radio was only like flashing blue when i like played with it. I did not know what was going on. Then I tried to re attach my old radio and it didn't work so now im confused. I checked every fuse and they were all fine. I put the new one back in and just wired it up and screwed it in and figured ill mess with it later, and I went to start my car, and it wouldn't start! I had killed my battery using the lights on my car on and the doors open, so my friend jump started me. Then once I was running again, it like started to glow blue again, but it wouldn't completely turn on, which is where im stuck. If ANYONE has any smart advice of what might the problem be, please let me know. My amp won't even turn on anymore and I have the remote wires hooked up how it was before, everything just stopped working. And all my fuses are fine, except for maybe my amp I haven't checked but im sure its fine its something with the radio and the wiring. If no one can help me here im probably going to take it to a shop. Thanks in advance for any help anyone gives.
