I've installed brand new rear and front speakers and a new LG car radio into my Hyundai Accent. i have wired the stuff correctly and it worked for some time but suddenly while driving the sound disapeared. I checked the wiring but couldnt find any faults. The radio works (i can see the songs and the seconds as it plays + i tried hooking it up with my frineds car and it worked), the speakers also work because i can hear scratching when i hook them up to a battery.

If i unplug the radio and then plug it in again it works for a few hours but then goes mute again.

Please help!

FUSE! I'm almost certain it's a fuse. could be in the car's fuse box but I'm suspecting the radio itself. I don't know that particular model of deck but there's probably a fuse on the back side of the radio.
Replace the fuse. If it never blows again, perfect. If it does ever blow again then there's probably a short in one of your speaker wires/contacts.

im just writing this so i can get my two points..have a nice day...:)

The easiest way to find out where the problem lies is to wait for the problem to manifest itself again. Then disconnect one of the speakers and test for voltage , on the speaker wires, with a multimeter. If you have voltage, the speakers will need to be replaced. If you don't have voltage, the problem is with the head unit or the wiring.

My best guess is that it is in the head unit. I doubt that you will find voltage on the speaker wires.

If you have power the head unit, It's not a fuse. A fuse would interrupt the power to the radio completely.
