when my new car radio is turned on it automatically goes to mute (on star)then when you hit the on star button the radio shuts off, but will turn on after that and be fine wire crossed maybe?
Check the wire on your speakers. It might be a safety tool, also make sure your volume it not on max when you cut it on. If that doesn't work look at your manual. Good luck
