Car Radio Antenna Question?

When i bought my car i installed a new headunit, for whatever reason the previous headunit was setup weird and i tore out the radio antenna. My question is what do i need to get a radio hooked up to my headunit and how do i do it? thanks
 
maybe they didn`t plugged the antenna, take out the radio find the plug and just plug it in the the antenna hole.. its easy, but the hard part its to take out the radio out.
