Car CD player spitting CDs back out.?

Hello, my Kenwood car CD player stopped working a couple of months ago. If I put in a CD, it spits it right back out after trying to read it for about 5 seconds. It does this with every CD I put in there. It always worked fine and then this started out of the blue.

I have tried to clean the lens, but that's really all I know how to do. Any suggestions?
 
well, have you ever considered changing your musical interests. i think your cd player has just about had it with the crap you've been feeding it.i know its a machine and its supposed to do what we tell them to do, but have a little compassion for it. basically i think its on strike, and unless you put on something that it likes, you just might have to sit thru boring radio, or just replace it with another cd player.
 
it happened to my kenwood also. i stopped using it for a week and then it started working again. Most probably was ill/vomiting!
