more so if i on d lights? Hye guys.. i really hope that u can help me out here.. i know i've read so many answers from this websites and also others as well. I have this humming sound when start my car, n it gets worse when i press the engine, n more so if i use air-cond. I think the more i drain the car, d hummung sound becomes louder. Wheneva i press the breaks or i give signal, d humming sound gets louder and it follows the blinking of the lights. so is this possible that it is only due to grounding? and what do u mean by grounding? the grounding of the amplifier or the instruments (ie the lights, the air-cond fan, etc) or the grounding from the battery itself to the car?
I'm using Toyota Corolla GL and i've installed 3 ampliers (1 for the front, 1 for the back speakers and another is for the Sub. I've installed a suppressor at the main power source of all the amp ( i've used high qualify power cable) and my sub amp has a cooling fan which has that hummuing sound when the cooling fan works. So i've had to put another suppressor attach to the cooling fan amp.
N i jus read that the ground loop isolator can help me. is that true? i really do not want to spend more money as i've spend enuf. But if it works, then i wouldn't mind. And before i forget, i've a pre-amplifier as well. My audio in is attach to the pre-amp and the pre-amp is attched to my 3 ampliers.
So please help me out here whether the ground loop isolators will be the answer and whether it'll def work? thanking in advance for your contributions.
