CAR AUDIO- NEED ANSWERS ASAP!?

Okay so i have 2 12 rockford fosgate p2

right now i have a sony xplod 2 channel 1000w amp powering them and they sound decent.
I want a new amp and im getting leaving to get one soon so i would like to know

What would be the best investment?
Rockford Fosgate p400-4 (4 channel)
would this rockford amp work for 2 12s?

Kenwood 1000w 8104d

Alpine - 500W Class D Mono MOSFET

and what would be a better box ported or seels i have a 2 door honda accord and i allways have my seats folded down
 
i would choose the alpine or rf they will do rated power but the kenwood won't, if you like your subwoofer to hit low note go ported but if you got small trunk seal will work and get pretty loud.
