Car audio mp3/fm radio skips/turns off when I apply my brakes?

Ok guys.. when I apply my brakes hard the audio in my far fades away and as soon as I let go the audio comes back.. If i apply my brakes lightly the car audio will skip like the song is scratched but its an mp3 not a CD..this is so weird.. how does pushing my brakes relate to the audio problems? Bad head unit? Bad speakers? any ideas???
 
Is it aftrer market or factory you have a SHORT MY FRIEND take the radio out and reconnect the mystery wire that has come loose or rubbed against something and is shorting out. when you apply the brakes it comes unplugged or touches the raw wire. when you let off it re plugs or stops touching. It can also do it if an internal wire has broken inside the wire housing so you may not see it. get a friend that knows a little about radios to take it out for you. it is actually pretty simple good luck skipper
