I have x2 500W (6x9) speakers and i want to get a 10" sub that is 800W (just for a little bass), The thing is all three are going into my back board and im not sur how to power all of these speakers...

What amp shoud i get (Watts?) (Channel?) i dont want to mess it up, can anyone advise me?

Im not sure what you mean by a back board but the sub needs to be in an enclosure (box) to get any bass out of it. You are gonna want the sub to have its own amp too so you can run the low pass filter (it only plays bass notes and not highs) Its always safe to get an amp rated just under the max of your speakers so they cant be accidentally over powered.
So pretty much I would get one smaller amp with 2 or 4 channels for the 6x9's (or just run them off the head units rear channels) and a 800w mono amp for the sub

get a good headunit [radio] then get an amp with 800 watts of true wattage then you hook up the 6x9 to the radio this should give you what you want
