Okay, Here's the setup I'm looking at doing:
Four JVC 6x9 speakers (two front, two rear). All powered by individual channels on a Crunch P900.4 amplifier (115w x 4 @ 4ohm RMS)
Two Sony 12" subwoofers (until they blow) powered by a Sony XM-2252HX 2/1 channel amplifier.

My question is, the XM-2252 is listed as
• 225 W x 2 Ch at 0.04% THD at 4 ?
• 600 W x 1 into 2 ohms at 0.1% THD 4 ?

So would it be better to run them bridged parallel, or on separate channels? I don't get the "into 2 ohms 4ohm" part of the second line.
I already have all the speakers / subs / the Crunch amplifier... local store is offering me $150 on the Sony amp

I don't like JVC, but good job on matching front and back 6/9 wt amp.

Well my dear friend, first what 2 ohms means is the impedance of your subwoofer, in this case Sony x-plod most of the times is 4 ohms. I recommend you do separate channels and do not try to do too much.

I believe that you should use the sony amp with the subwoofers, and that will do the job. Capacitor is always a good choice and bass bypass.

Good luck.
