Um, not that I specifically know... There may be some tutorials, though. Look on google... What you really want to do is look at your fundamentals... New Head Unit (Deck), then your interior speakers, then you decide if the 20 watts RMS that your deck is gonna give the inside speakers is sufficient or if you want to put an amp on them... Then you look at bass, well some people go with bass first, but... If you are really bass hungry like me and others, maybe think about getting 2 (good quality) 12s... If you arent that big into the bass and just want a little bump, get 1 10... Your sub will also need an amp on it. I guess the best way to go is get the deck. If you are not satisfied get the interior speakers. If then not satisfied amp them. Do the subs sometime after purchasing the deck. Keep in mind that if you plan on hooking an amp up to the interior speakers as well as a sub. Look for a deck that has 3 sets of pre-outs (RCAs)...
