car amplifier and sub humming problem?

does any 1 know y my amplifier and sub i start the car and the engine sound comes through the sub i have a complete wirining kit i have tried directly earthing it to battery and it still does the sound of the engine its for a car thanks
 
I pretty sure your picking up interference through either your RCA's or your remote wire, if that's the case just run your RCA's and your remote wire down to opposite side of the car as your main power wire and that should take care of. hope thins helps.
 
sounds like you ran your power wire, remote wire and your rca together

re-run them and spreed them apart if they have to cross try to do it like a plus sign + that way its minimal touching

other than that try a better ground sant the paint to bear metal
