Since September of last year we haven't been able to play online. I run the test and it tells me can't obtain ip address from modem or router. I have ATT and they said they could fix for $100...I'm not paying that. I did every single test out there and nothing. Has anyone had this problem and got it fixed without having to pay? I have a 2wire modem DSL and that is connected to my computer and the xbox is in a diffrent room and I have an adapter that att gave me so we can play online, so we wouldn't have our modem plugged in directly to the xbox.
Can't sign in to xbox live because of ip address issue?
