Can you save and set ringtones on the Palm Pre Plus?

I was thinking about getting the Palm Pre Plus. That'll be my first 3G Smart phone ever. I was wonder if you could save and set ringtones. If so...how so? If there is no answer, I will get the LG Chocolate Touch. Any answers?
