can you put a suzuki, yamaha, or kawasaki motor in a honda cbr?

i have a 2003 honda cbr600rr and its making a klanking noise in the motor and i called a mechanic and he said it would be cheaper to replace the motor than to fix it, so i was woundering if i could put another make motor in it like a gsxr 750 or gsxr 600 and if u have any suggestions to what the klanking is that would be helpful too thanks =]
