Can you help me with England customs and culture?

I am doing some business with a man in England

I would like to know about their customs and culture and any tips

I would like to be knowledgable of how to interact with the man so I do not accidentaly offend him or come off wrong.

I have questions like, are they an individualistic or community culture and such

all tips welcome

We're not that different from the rest of the English speaking world, for instance he won't think your strange if you say thank you instead of cheers

We shake hands when we meet, ask how you are.

I seriously doubt you'll offend him so don't worry so much
