Can We ONLY See Stars with the Naked Eye IN THE ORION SPUR?

Our sun in located in the Local Arm or the Orion Spur. When we look up at the night sky, are all of those stars in the same arm (Orion Spur) as us, or are we also seeing stars from the Perseus and/or Cygnus and Sagittaris arms, too? This is by NAKED eye ONLY---not by telescopes. Thanks
