I'm an Asian but need to serve British customers. How to serve water when they request me. I have often seen them making faces when I place a glass of water on the table. I don't give it in their hands. Also is it offending to say "you have thick English accent so I can not grasp what you say?". How would I put this to convey this message?. Please no offending answers. i really want someone to help me out.
