My cousin just passed away a couple of weeks ago from breast cancer --- and now her young
baby who's merely 1 yr and 8 months was recently diagnosed with Kawasaki Disease :(

They live in the 3rd world country (in the Philippines) and they don't have health insurance nor enough funds for medication required to cure this disease and hospitalization...

I see that main problem for this disease is the formation of clot in the artery that could lead to aneurism if not treated.

Can they get treatment via OTC meds such as aspiriin ?

The treatment is through intravenous immunglobulins as this is an autoimmune disease. Without proper medical care the risk of developing a coronary aneurysm is pretty high. The problem with Aspirin is that young children shouldn't take it, it could cause a Reye-Syndrom. Try calling a pediatrician in your area for advice, maybe they could help more.
