I've heard that because it is 33BHP I can, but it is 250cc and at 17 after passing your CBT, Practical and Theory I can ride it at 17? I am not sure though? I heard the Ninja 250 is a good beginner bike and I would rather get that at 17 instead of some CBR125 and just ride around sounding like a fool. I understand the 250 ain't much 'better' but I don't want to get a limited 600cc since the insurance would be a lot more. I don't want to wait either, I want to get a bike as soon as possible.
