You can, just add the music to your iTunes library and then you can easily get it onto your iPod. I believe it's in the file menu, but there is an option to add folders to your library, just select the folder your music is in and allow iTunes to scan it and add the music to your library.

In iTunes Go to File > Add files to library.
It will let you add your other mp3s to iTunes music library. Just go to whatever folder you have them stored in on your computer. You'll have to use iTunes to add them to your iPod after adding them to your iTunes library.
Also, limewire is illegal in the USA, just so you know.
It's considered piracy. You shouldn't advertise the fact that you use it to everyone unless you wanna get busted.
